The issue has been resolved, however there may still be minor delays in the sending of some e-Tranfsers. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Update

Our banking parter is continuing to work on resolving this issue and is making some progress in resolving the backlog of delayed transactions.

Identified

We are currently experiencing delays in processing Interac e-Transfers. We have identified the source of the issue, and our banking partner is currently working to resolve the problem.

All APIs remain available and operational.
